Every year, TOGETHER! honors people from the community who make a positive difference in the lives of youth.
This year's event is coming up March 12.
The Awards of Excellence is an annual event co-sponsored by TOGETHER! and The Olympian at the end of each school year. It recognizes high school students for their achievements in several categories.
Each spring, TOGETHER! and a few partners offer a large conference called "Meth and More: Drug Abuse in Our Area." Information is shared by law enforcement, prevention experts, health professionals and more on the state of substance abuse in the greater South Sound area. Participants are welcome from around the state.
In fall and winter 2010, TOGETHER! celebrated its 21st birthday by inviting the community to "Join the Party!" Our friends and partners raised birthday gifts for us in person and through interactive web pages.

May 31 is the annual, globally recognized World No Tobacco Day, encouraging 24 hours of abstinence from tobacco.

Help shape prevention in your state!
At this yearly event, youth and professionals gather together to rally at the Capitol and meet with individual lawmakers. They share their views on future priorities, relating to the health and safety of youth and talk about what their youth leadership groups are doing in the community.
