The Awards of Excellence is an annual event co-sponsored by TOGETHER! and The Olympian at the end of each school year. It recognizes high school students for their achievements in several categories.
Each spring, TOGETHER! and a few partners offer a large conference on drug abuse in our area. Formerly called "Meth and More," the conference was renamed in 2013 to "Substance Abuse: A Community Response." Information is shared by law enforcement, prevention experts, health professionals and more on the state of substance abuse in the greater South Sound area. Participants are welcome from around the state.
Registration is now open for the 2015 Conference. Click here.
May 31 is the annual, globally recognized World No Tobacco Day, encouraging 24 hours of abstinence from tobacco.
North Thurston Public Schools wrote about TOGETHER!'s participation in the 2010 event in their newsletter; click here to read it.
